Job summary

Driver Hire Coventry & Tamworth currently recruits for professional 7.5 Tonne drivers to support a long-standing customer in the Tamworth area. You will work in two-person crews with a Driver’s Mate, delivering to customer sites and assisting with loading/unloading.

This physically demanding role requires teamwork, good communication, and customer service. Various shift patterns available with weekly pay and immediate starts.

Qualifications

• Category C1 licence (7.5 Tonne) is required.
• CPC Qualification Card required.
• Digital Tachograph Card required.
• Good communication and customer service skills essential.
• Reliable and professional attitude essential.
• Physically fit with ability to perform daily manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Deliveries to customer sites in two-person crews with a Driver’s Mate.
• Assist with loading/unloading and product installation as required.
• Carry out manual handling and support safe deliveries.
• Work as part of a team to complete deliveries efficiently.
