Job summary

Driver Hire Coventry & Tamworth is seeking a reliable 7.5 Tonne (Category C1) Driver for ongoing full-time work in the Coventry and Tamworth area. The role delivers to schools, colleges, and nurseries and requires a valid Cat C1 licence, CPC, and a customer‑focused approach.

You will drive a 7.5 tonne vehicle, perform routine checks, and complete paperwork while providing excellent service at delivery points. Starting rate is £16.53 per hour PAYE Advanced, with regular starts available.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Category C1 licence.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable and professional approach to work.
• Previous multi-drop delivery experience advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities
