DHL Supply Chain in Speke is seeking a Home Delivery Driver 7.5 Tonne to join a two-person delivery crew and bring furniture and appliances to customers’ homes.

You will work Sundays to Thursdays starting at 06:00, utilising a 7.5T (C1) licence, Driver CPC, and Tachograph card. This permanent, full-time role offers training and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Valid 7.5T (C1) Licence, Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Minimum 1 year of professional HGV driving experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Active role with physical activity throughout the day.

Responsabilités

• Deliver furniture, appliances and household goods to customers' homes.
• Work as part of a two-person delivery team.
• Install wet goods and appliances with full training provided.
• Handle large items safely and professionally.
• Create a positive customer experience at every delivery.
• Drive safely and comply with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive.
• Follow health and safety standards and vehicle compliance.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Delivering furniture, appliances and household goods directly to customers' homes


• Working as part of a dedicated two-person delivery team


• Installing wet goods and appliances (full training provided)


• Handling large and bulky items safely and professionally


• Creating a positive experience for customers at every delivery


• Driving safely and efficiently in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations


• Following industry-leading health and safety standards and vehicle compliance requirements

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO...

• Hold a valid 7.5T (C1) Licence, Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card


• Have a minimum 1 year experience professional HGV driving experience


• Enjoy interacting with customers and providing excellent service


• Like active roles that keep them moving throughout the day


• Take pride in delivering high standards and doing the job right first time


• Have previous delivery, installation or home delivery experience (beneficial but not essential)
