StaffCo Direct is recruiting 7.5 Tonne Drivers for ongoing home delivery work based in Stoke-on-Trent. This role involves two-person deliveries of white goods and furniture, with some installations and onboarding training provided.

Shifts are long (10–12 hours) and typically 5 days out of 7. Weekly pay, easy online timesheets, and dedicated support are offered by StaffCo Direct.

Qualifications

• Holds a valid 7.5 Tonne licence.
• Has a valid CPC and Digi Tacho card.
• Has no more than 6 penalty points (no IN, DR or DD codes).
• A D & A test will be held at assessment.

Responsabilités

Pay Rates (PAYE)

• AM (Mon-Sun): £15.31ph plus accrued holiday pay
• Overtime after 48Hrs - £22.97 plus accrued holiday pay

What the role involves

2 man home delivery operation delivering white goods/furniture to residential properties, heavy lifting if required. Well-maintained fleet. Shifts are typically 10 - 12 hrs shifts, 05:30/09:30 start times approx, This is a customer focused role so not just a driver, some deliveries include installation which training will be given. The role is working 5 days out of 7 for full time work.

The role does entail a driver assessment followed by 3 day training induction and then you would be buddied up with a trainer for your 1st few days to ensure you get a full onboarding process for the role.
