Job summary

DPD Group UK is seeking a 7.5 Tonne Collection and Delivery Driver for Preston West, United Kingdom. You’ll drive a 7.5 Tonne vehicle on local routes, deliver parcels with professional service, and represent the DPD brand on every drop-off.

You’ll use Saturn handheld devices, handle loading/unloading with care, and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while staying safety-conscious and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• A valid 7.5 Tonne (C1) licence and DQC/CPC accreditation.
• Ideally 6 months recent driving experience handling 7.5 Tonne vehicles.
• You’re professional, approachable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You’re physically active and comfortable with the lifting involved in the job.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 7.5 Tonne vehicle on local routes with safety and efficiency.
• Use Saturn handheld devices for navigation, delivery tracking and updates.
• Provide friendly customer service and represent the DPD brand on each drop-off.
• Load and unload parcels using appropriate equipment and maintain safe lifting practices.
