Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s in a related field and in your 3rd+ year with relevant modules.
• Strong understanding of analogue and digital ICs and behavioural modelling concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; self-motivated and able to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and verify behavioural models for RF and mixed-signal blocks.
• Perform functional verification of RF and mixed-signal IP at chip/SoC level.
• Contribute to the design and development of the verification environment and flow.
• Collaborate with RFIC designers and other team members on verification tasks.
• 6–12 month internship with flexible start date.
