The Red Carnation Hotel Collection is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie for The Egerton House Hotel in London. Join a small, skilled team and deliver luxury dining across breakfast, room service, lunch, and dinner under the guidance of the Executive Chef.

Applicants should have at least two years as a Commis Chef, a strong eye for food presentation, and solid food-safety knowledge. This full-time role offers excellent progression and benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years of Commis Chef experience or higher.
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures.
• Candidate should be detail oriented and reliable.
• Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
