Job summary

Arden White is seeking an experienced 5-axis CNC machinist to join our high-performance team delivering precision components for cutting-edge motorsport applications.

Based on site in Enstone, Oxfordshire, you will program and operate Heidenhain-controlled machines, interpret drawings, and work to tight tolerances in a fast-paced environment.

Weekday shifts Tuesday to Friday 7:00–17:30, with a focus on quality, safety, and collaboration with design and QA teams.

• Strong proficiency with Heidenhain software and control.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings.

Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced 5- axis CNC machinist to join a high-performance F1 team

This role is ideal for skilled 5-axis Machinistto join our team and help craft the components that power the F1 race cars to victory

You will be working on cutting-edge components in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment

This role is for a weekday shift, running from Tuesday to Friday 7.00 - 17.30

This role will be 100% based on site in Enstone,Oxfordshire

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and program 5-axis CNC machines using Heidenhain controls
• Machine complexcomponents to tight tolerances
• Interpret engineering drawings and CAD models to produce precision parts
• Perform in-process inspections and ensure components meet quality standards
• Collaborate with design and quality teams to resolve machining challenges

Requirements

• Proven experience as a 5-axis CNC machinist, ideally in motorsport, aerospace, or high-precision engineering
• Strong proficiency with Heidenhain software and control
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Flexibility to work shifts and meet tight deadlines

Desirable

• Previous experience in a Formula One or motorsport environment
• Familiarity with CAM software (e.g., HyperMill, Mastercam)
• Understanding of composite layup and tooling processes
