Ilmor is seeking a Setter/Operator to machine parts using 3-axis and 5-axis milling cells, setting up processes and ensuring on-time delivery. You will operate Matsuura and MAZAK mills, interpret drawings with GD&T, and collaborate with ME/Planning/QE to optimize setups, tooling, and processes.

Ideal candidates will have apprentice training to level 3 or higher with 5+ years CNC experience, proficient in Fanuc controls and CAM generation, and capable of producing tight tolerances in a

Qualifikationen

• Apprentice trained to a minimum of level 3 or above and a minimum of 5 years' experience in CNC manufacture.
• Experience in use setting of 3 & 5 axis milling machinery essential.
• Experience with Fanuc control systems essential.
• Experience with MAZAK control system preferred.
• Experience of milling on manual machinery preferred.
• Experience in CNC code generation through direct programming or CAM generation

• Maintain safe working environment and follow health and safety procedures.
• Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
