We can SolviT Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced CNC Miller setter/programmer to join a precision sub-con workshop in Shropshire. Work involves setting and programming up to 5-axis milling machines with Siemens controls, plus first article checks and routine maintenance.

The role offers a fixed day shift, 40 hours per week, and strong progression opportunities in a secure, growing business with a large order book.

Qualifications

• Previous experience writing programmes for up to 5 axis milling machines.
• Experience working to micron tolerances.
• Time spent working with stainless steel & aluminium.

Responsibilities

• Setting & programming up to 5 axis milling machines.
• Carrying out first article checks & measurements.
• Basic machine maintenance.
