Job summary

Billy Associates LTD in Romford is seeking a highly skilled Cnc Miller Programmer Setter Operator with strong programming, setting and operating capabilities on 5-axis Matsuura centres (MAM72-35V / MAM72-52V). You will own machining processes from start to finish to meet aerospace-grade tolerances.

Qualifications

• Experience programming, setting and operating 5-axis CNC mills.
• Experience on Matsuura MAM72-35V / 72-52V preferred.
• Strong GD&T and inspection knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Program, set and operate 5-axis Matsuura MAM72 to produce components.
• Create and optimise CNC programmes using CAM software.
• Interpret drawings with GD&T and perform first-off inspections.
• Select tooling/workholding and machining strategies for efficiency.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and improve processes.
• Collaborate across engineering, quality, and production teams.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and safety standards.
