MorePeople are recruiting an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a major food manufacturing operation in Wrexham. The role focuses on keeping a high‑volume site running safely and efficiently, handling breakdowns, planned and preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement.
The position offers a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (7am–7pm and 7pm–7am), £51,000 salary, and a comprehensive benefits package including BUPA healthcare, death in service, pension contributions, free
Qualifications
- Experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills with fault-finding ability.
- Proactive approach to preventative and reactive maintenance and problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Respond to breakdowns and restore production as quickly as possible.
- Carry out planned and preventative maintenance on production equipment.
- Support reliability improvements and equipment performance across the site.
