Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions is recruiting Food Production Operatives in Lodge Farm, Northampton. The role involves hands-on work from preparation through packaging, in a fast-paced team producing bacon products.

Shifts are 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00, Monday to Thursday, with 4-day weeks and competitive weekly pay. Previous food production experience is beneficial but not essential, and training is provided.

• Operating production machinery used in curing, smoking, and cooking.
• Ensuring products meet strict quality and food safety standards.
• Packaging and labelling products ready for distribution.
• Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised.
