We are recruiting three Lead Reliability Engineers to lead teams in Kent, Sussex, and Hampshire. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies to maintain assets at high standards, increasing reliability, and minimizing downtime.
You will manage up to four direct reports, coaching and developing them with relevant training in reliability engineering, maintenance techniques, and best practices for sustainable asset management.
Your responsibilities include overseeing reliability strategies (RCM, PM, CBM), ensuring cost-effective and compliant asset maintenance, and collaborating with operational teams to meet safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
You will analyze asset performance data and lead initiatives to improve reliability by identifying failure patterns and risks. Managing asset lifecycle from acquisition to decommissioning through effective maintenance strategies is vital.
