Your role will involve:

We are looking for a 3rd Line Network Engineer to join the Bengal Service Operations team. Your role will involve assisting a high-profile user community, maintaining daily contact with customers and stakeholders utilizing the IT Service Management Toolset. Monitoring Event Management tooling, triage, and escalation are critical to this role.
