City of Portsmouth College is seeking a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join a team delivering high-quality IT support across multiple campuses in Portsmouth. The role will act as senior support for 2nd line engineers, troubleshoot complex incidents and provide expertise for systems and infrastructure.
The successful candidate will work on VMware/AD environments, participate in escalation processes, and contribute to ongoing knowledge sharing.

Salary: £33,980.34 - £36,035.26 Full Time Equivalent per annum
Hours of work: 37 Hours per week, 52 Weeks per year, Full-Time, Permanent

The 3rd Line Support Engineer will work as part of a team to deliver high quality customer support. The Engineer will be expected to act as a senior engineer to support 2nd line engineers with issues, to troubleshoot and resolve issues, but also to provide expertise to support the systems and infrastructure within the college.
