City of Portsmouth College is seeking a SEND Transitional Coach to support students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities as they transition from school to further learning, training and employment. Reporting to the Assistant Principal, you will develop enrichment and enterprise programmes and help deliver SEND events and progression opportunities for students and parents/carers.
