3rd Line Support Engineer – West London – Westfield (4x a week onsite) - £45k
We are seeking a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join a renowned multi-site entertainment client. The role involves providing high-level IT support across the company and ensuring prompt resolution of operational IT issues within the UKI business.
The engineer will collaborate with external IT support teams, ensuring they are well-informed about new technology implementations and supporting them effectively. Responsibilities include coordinating the installation and implementation of network and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience as the first escalation point for internal users when external helpdesk providers are unable to resolve issues.
The successful candidate will have experience as a 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer and be looking to advance their career. They should possess a solid background in LAN, WAN, and Azure, with the ability to adapt training materials to ensure outsourced providers have the necessary skills to manage issues and escalations in specific territories.
West London (4x a week onsite, Friday WFH)
