Note: This role is a step towards enabling 24x7 3rd line support for our customers. Initially, you will work early and late shifts on rotation (7am – 3:30pm and 2:30pm – 10pm, Wednesday to Sunday). There is potential to transition to a 4-day shift pattern, rotating between days and nights, with each shift lasting 12 hours.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for managed and support customers.
• Design and implement configuration changes requested by managed customers.
• Manage ticket updates with customers, third parties, and vendors until resolution.
• Provide training and share knowledge through documentation and team sessions.
• Author network health checks, including configuration best practices, capacity management, and lifecycle recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Motivation to learn and share knowledge.
• Cisco certification – CCNA minimum, CCNP preferred.
• Strong technical skills with vendors like Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper, Aruba, F5 (advantageous).
• Ability to manage yourself effectively under pressure.
• Good time management skills and ability to meet SLAs in a fast-paced environment.
