Job summary

Experis is hiring a 3rd Line Azure Cloud Engineer in London. This hybrid role typically requires 2 days on-site and offers exposure to Azure IaaS/SaaS/PaaS across multiple environments, with a focus on reliability and rapid incident resolution.

You will work in a small team, apply ITIL practices, support ISO/IEC 27001 compliance, and help design, deploy and optimise cloud infrastructure and services for government client projects.

Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation Level qualification and proven experience delivering dependable service in a support environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure (IaaS/SaaS/PaaS) and cloud computing fundamentals.
• Solid grounding in Microsoft 365 and identity/services such as Active Directory and AAD.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, SQL Server, Linux and cloud backup solutions.
• Understanding of networking principles and risk/impact management.
• Experience working to ISO/IEC 27001 standards.
• Clear communication skills to explain complex topics simply and provide concise updates.

We're hiring for a reputed client who provides shared legal services across central government. This is a hands-on, small-team role where you'll help build, run and improve cloud infrastructure-balancing project work with dependable 3rd line support.

What you'll be doing:

• Build and manage cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure (IaaS-first, with exposure to SaaS/PaaS as needed)


• Provide 3rd line infrastructure support for cloud and on-premises services and business applications
