Job summary

Exposed Solutions, a fast-growing managed IT services provider based in London, is seeking a senior infrastructure professional. The role combines hands-on delivery with leadership in complex projects, client relationships, and mentoring.

The position is based in London with hybrid working, including work-from-home Fridays. The company offers a 40-hour week, 22 days of annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing to 25 days with length of service), staff awards, social events, referral bonuses

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience across Microsoft infrastructure.
• Experience across virtualization and cloud platforms.
• Experience in backup and disaster recovery.

• Ability to plan and deliver complex infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd-line technical support across server, networking, virtualization, cloud and security environments.
• Act as senior escalation point and technical leader within the engineering team.
• Lead infrastructure projects from initial planning through to implementation and completion.
• Deliver projects including server migrations, virtualization deployments, Microsoft Azure solutions and network upgrades.
• Design and implement infrastructure security solutions, including firewalls, endpoint protection and cloud security.

Salary: £50,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements:
