Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited in Filton is seeking a 3DX Solution Architect for Design tools in the Engineering domain. You will lead the development of 3DExperience solutions to support PLM across the Single Aisle program, focusing on Product Structure and System Installation, with governance through SAFe and Enterprise Architecture guidelines.

You will collaborate with Product Management and technical teams to deliver validated digital representations, driving digital twin scope and design

Qualifications

Proven experience in functional architecture, project management or solution engineering.
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
Knowledge in Engineering Design, Manufacturing, or related domains.
Knowledge of IT tools, architecture alignment, and IT strategy.

Responsibilities

Participate in End-to-End PLM Portfolio within the SAFe environment.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand complex processes and translate needs.
Deliver framing and technical/functional designs for application and infrastructure.
Identify opportunities for business transformation and process automation.
Support IT Product Manager and liaise with Product Management teams.
Define and document specifications for stakeholder review across the lifecycle.
