Job summary

MY CLIENT is seeking an Applications Engineer to design 3D layouts of equipment for Sales projects using SolidWorks and 2D tools. The role involves creating visually appealing, compact layouts that follow design rules and integrate with our product families.

You will build a library of plug-and-play 3D models, produce engineering diagrams for marketing tools, and support Sales, Engineering and Marketing teams with up-to-date 3D design outputs. Site visits may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in 3D layout design using SolidWorks.
• Ability to create design rules and libraries.
• Willingness to attend site visits.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D layouts of MY CLIENT equipment for Sales projects.
• Ensure designs are visually appealing and occupy a minimal footprint.
• Develop a library of 3D blocks for products used in layouts.
• Produce 2D drawings for General Arrangement and marketing outputs.
• Attend site visits as required.
