Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with supply chain and procurement clients and candidates.




• Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates across logistics, operations, and SC disciplines.




• Deliver bespoke recruitment strategies aligned with client needs and market trends.




• Meet targets via high-quality placements and proactive talent pipelining.




• Represent the brand at events, and provide salary benchmarking and career advice.




• Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices and maintain accurate CRM records.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven commercial recruitment or sales background—supply chain experience a big plus.




• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.




• Self-motivated and highly organised, with strong time management.




• Business development aptitude—confident and proactive in new client outreach.




• Tech-savvy—comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
