Job Opportunity: 360 Plant Operator

This role is advertised by Smart Solutions on behalf of our client, who is looking for a 360 Plant Operator with weekly pay at £14.00 per hour in the Grantham NG32 area.

Pay and Hours

• Pay: £14.00 per hour
• Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 7:00 to 17:30

Responsibilities

• Load and manage materials as instructed within the scope of operations at Caythorpe, as directed.
• Follow and promote health & safety policies, ensuring all procedures are adhered to.
• Sort materials according to instructions.
• Manage materials within operational areas.
• Perform equipment checks before and after use.
• Carry out maintenance tasks if qualified.
• Always wear required PPE.
• Keep the work area tidy.
• Report defects and H&S issues immediately to the supervisor.

Additional Details

Pay for this position is £13.00 per hour with similar working hours. We offer a flexible approach to working hours, opportunities for overtime, and additional qualifications for candidates with a positive attitude.
