Job summary

Wallace Hind - Construction Temps seeks two 360 Operator (30 tonne) for ongoing housing site works in Bedfordshire. Paid £25 per hour CIS, with a 45-hour week and start dates this week. The role requires a CPCS/NPORS card, UTR for CIS, PPE, and proven experience on 30-tonne machines.

Applicants should be able to communicate well, work in a team, and follow site instructions while delivering the required shifts from 7:30 to 16:30 across the 45 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• CPCS/NPORS card holder required for 30-tonne operation.
• UTR required to enable CIS payments.
• PPE provided and must be used on site.
• Experience on 30-tonne machines is mandatory.

My client is looking for TWO 360 Operators for 30 tonne machines for ongoing works in Bedfordshire.

HOURLY RATE : £25 per hour - CIS

LOCATION : Bedfordshire

DATE COMMENCING : Tuesday 13th / Wednesday 14th October 2026

LENGTH OF CONTRACT : ongoing works

HOURS OF WORK

• 7:30 - 16:30
• Book 9 hours per day

JOB DESCRIPTION : 360 Operator - 30tonne

My client is looking for TWO 360 Operators to start this week completing works on a housing site.

REQUIREMENTS : 360 Operator - 30tonne

• CPCS / NPORS Card
• UTR - to enable CIS payments
• PPE
• Above and Below 10 tonne- you MUST have experience on a 30 tonne machine

PERSON SPECIFICATION : 360 Operator - 30tonne

• Previous experience of working on housing developments and on a 30 tonne machine is required
• Can communicate well with those already on site, work well in a team and follow instructions given
• Can work the full 45 hours required each week.

Please Note : You will be paid via our payroll partner Quest Pay Solutions, and one of their Account Managers will contact you before you start work. All workers will be paid by CIS.
