Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection LTD are seeking two 360 Operators for 30-tonne machines on a housing site in Bedfordshire, with ongoing works and a CIS payroll arrangement.

Candidates must hold a CPCS or NPORS card, have a UTR for CIS payments, PPE, and proven experience on a 30-tonne excavator. Hours are 7:30–16:30, 45 hours per week.

Payroll is handled by Quest Pay Solutions; payment will be CIS funded through the payroll partner.

Qualifications

• CPCS or NPORS card required.
• UTR number to enable CIS payments.
• PPE must be worn on site.
• Experience on 30-tonne machinery is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate 360 excavator – 30 tonnes, on housing site works.
• Work safely and collaboratively with site team.
• Complete tasks within allocated shifts and report issues.

My client is looking for TWO 360 Operators for 30 tonne machines for ongoing works in Bedfordshire.

HOURLY RATE : £25 per hour - CIS

LOCATION : Bedfordshire

DATE COMMENCING : Tuesday 13th / Wednesday 14th October 2026

LENGTH OF CONTRACT : ongoing works

HOURS OF WORK

• 7:30 - 16:30
• Book 9 hours per day

JOB DESCRIPTION : 360 Operator - 30tonne

My client is looking for TWO 360 Operators to start this week completing works on a housing site.

REQUIREMENTS : 360 Operator - 30tonne

• CPCS / NPORS Card
• UTR - to enable CIS payments
• PPE
• Above and Below 10 tonne- you MUST have experience on a 30 tonne machine

PERSON SPECIFICATION : 360 Operator - 30tonne

• Previous experience of working on housing developments and on a 30 tonne machine is required
• Can communicate well with those already on site, work well in a team and follow instructions given
• Can work the full 45 hours required each week.

Please Note : You will be paid via our payroll partner Quest Pay Solutions, and one of their Account Managers will contact you before you start work. All workers will be paid by CIS.
