Job summary

Wallace Hind - Construction Temps is seeking a 360 Operator for a brand-new housing site in Alconbury (PE28). This 3-4 month contract starts 28th September 2026, with shifts 7:30-16:30 and a 9-hour day booked.

Applicants must hold a CPCS/NPORS card for over 10 tonnes, have PPE, and be paid CIS via Quest Pay Solutions. The role requires housing site experience and the ability to follow on-site instructions safely.

My client is starting a brand new housing site in Alconbury on Monday 28th September and we arel ooking for a 360 Operator for around 3-4 months, maybe longer dependant on plot release.

Job Details

• HOURLY RATE : £23 per hour - CIS
• LOCATION : Alconbury (PE28)
• DATE COMMENCING : Monday 28th September 2026
• LENGTH OF CONTRACT : 3-4 months, maybe longer
• HOURS OF WORK :
  • 7:30 - 16:30
  • Book 9 hours per day

As a 360 Operator you will be working on a new housing site doing plot works You will need a CPCS / NPORS Card for over 10 tonne.

REQUIREMENTS : 360 Operator

• CPCS / NPORS Card
• PPE
• UTR - CIS payments

PERSON SPECIFICATION : 360 Operator

• Previous housing experience
• Can communicate and work well with others on site and follow instruction
• Knowledge of the 360 machine
