Job summary

Wallace Hind Talent Solutions is seeking two 360 Operator positions for a busy housing site in Ely, Cambridgeshire. You will operate 14-tonne machines on plot and piling works, with a 7:30–16:30 day and a 45-hour week. Pay is £24 per hour CIS, with Marvel Payroll handling payments.

CPCS/NPORS card and PPE are required; previous experience on 14t machines is essential. Start date is immediate for a few weeks; strong on-site communication and the ability to follow instructions are important traits

Qualifications

• CPCS/NPORS card held and valid on-site.
• PPE to be worn on site and safety procedures followed.
• Previous experience on 14-tonne machines is essential.
• UTR – CIS payments processed through payroll.

Responsibilities

• Operate 360, 14-tonne excavator on a busy housing site.
• Carry out plot and piling works as required.
• Follow site instructions and communicate effectively with crew.
• Work the full 45 hours per week.

My client is looking for TWO 360 Operators, both 14tonne machines working on a busy housing site in Ely, Cambridgeshire.

HOURLY RATE : £24.00 per hour – CIS

LOCATION : Ely, Cambridgeshire (CB6)

DATE COMMENCING : Wednesday 12th August 2026

LENGTH OF CONTRACT : Few weeks work

HOURS OF WORK :
· 7:30 – 16:30
· Book 9 hours per day

JOB DESCRIPTION : 360 Operator

As a 14tonne 360 Operator, you will be working on a busy housing site completing plot and piling works.

REQUIREMENTS : 360 Operator
· CPCS / NPORS Card
· PPE
· Previous experience is essential
· UTR – to be receive CIS Payments

PERSON SPECIFICATION : 360 Operator
· Can communicate well with those already on site and follow instructions given.
