Job summary

Wallace Hind - Construction Temps is recruiting for TWO 360 Operators to work on a busy housing site in Ely, Cambridgeshire. You will operate 14-tonne 360 machines, performing plot and piling works with CIS payroll through Marvel Payroll. The role starts 12th August 2026 and runs for a few weeks, with hours from 7:30 to 16:30 (approx.

9 hours billed daily). Requirements include a CPCS or NPORS card and PPE; previous site experience is essential.

Qualifications

• CPCS or NPORS qualification for 360 Operator.
• PPE on site and used as required.
• Previous site experience with 360 Operator role is essential.
• UTR for CIS payments to be received.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 360 excavator (14 tonne) on a busy housing site.
• Carry out plot and piling works as required by site needs.

My client is looking for TWO 360 Operators, both 14tonne machines working on a busy housing site in Ely, Cambridgeshire.

HOURLY RATE : £24.00 per hour - CIS

LOCATION : Ely, Cambridgeshire (CB6)

DATE COMMENCING : Wednesday 12th August 2026

LENGTH OF CONTRACT : Few weeks work

HOURS OF WORK : 7:30 - 16:30
Book 9 hours per day

JOB DESCRIPTION : 360 Operator

As a 14tonne 360 Operator, you will be working on a busy housing site completing plot and piling works.
