Job summary

McGinley Support Services Infrastructure Ltd is seeking 2X 360 Excavator Operators for a busy housing estate project. You will be handling foundations, drainage and various earthworks, with duties covering roadworks, kerbing, paving and garden works across plots.

Ideal candidates hold NPORS or CPCS 360 Excavator qualifications and have prior housing or commercial construction site experience. Must work safely and independently; rate is negotiable and paid hourly via CIS or Umbrella.

Qualifications

• NPORS or CPCS 360 Excavator qualification recognized.
• Previous experience on housing or commercial construction site.
• Ability to work safely and independently.

Responsibilities

• Foundations and drainage work on a busy new build housing site.
• Road and groundworks for the development.
• Sewage and drainage runs installation.
• Kerbing and paving tasks across plots and access roads.
• Back and front garden works essential for the build.
• General excavation and earthworks as required on site.
