Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is hiring 2X 360 Excavator Operators to work on a busy housing estate. The role involves foundations, drainage, road and groundworks, and earthmoving with a 360 excavator.

Qualifying candidates will have NPORS or CPCS 360 Excavator certification and proven experience on housing or commercial sites, including groundworks. Rates are negotiable and payment is via CIS or Umbrella.

Qualifications

• NPORS or CPCS 360 Excavator qualification is required.
• Experience on housing or commercial construction sites is essential.
• Groundworks/residential development experience is preferred.
• Ability to work safely and independently on site.

Responsibilities

• Foundations and drainage work on a housing site.
• Road and groundworks presence on site.
• Sewage and drainage runs installation.
• Kerbing and paving tasks on site.
• Back and front garden works as part of the estate.
• General excavation and earthworks with a 360 excavator.

• Sewage and drainage runs
• Kerbing and paving
• Back and front garden works
• General excavation and earthworks

Requirements:

• NPORS or CPCS 360 Excavator qualification
• Previous experience on housing or commercial construction site
• Groundworks/residential development experience
• Ability to work safely and independently

Rate: Negotiable, paid hourly via CIS or Umbrella.
