Job summary

Auxo Future Build is looking for a 360 Excavator Operator to join a busy construction site in Brackley. You will operate a 360 excavator, dig trenches and foundations, and support groundworkers with drainage and excavation tasks.

A strong safety mindset and reliable teamwork are essential. Applicants must have proven experience with 360 excavators, a CPCS/NPORS ticket, a Blue CSCS card (preferred), and full PPE.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating 360 excavators on construction sites.
• Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator Operator ticket.
• Valid Blue CSCS card (preferred).
• Full PPE.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans and excavation drawings.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Own transport preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operating a 360 excavator safely and efficiently on site.
• Digging trenches and foundations to specification.
• Carrying out drainage and excavation works.
• Loading and unloading materials.
• Grading, levelling, and backfilling.
• Assisting groundworkers where required.
• Conducting daily machine checks and reporting defects.
• Following all site health & safety regulations at all times.
