Job summary

Thorn Baker Construction in Tenbury Wells is seeking an experienced 360 Operator to join the site team. You will work to drawings and method statements, operating the plant safely to move materials around the project.

Candidates must hold a CPCS or NPORS card, provide two commercial references, and demonstrate a can-do attitude with a strong work ethic. The role offers good pay and two months of work on a civils groundsworks project.

Responsibilities

• Operate 360 machine in line with drawings and method statements.
• Transport materials around site using allocated plant.
• Work in accordance with risk assessments and conduct own when applicable.
• Inspect vehicle/plant for reliability and appearance.
• Co-operate with Groundworkers and banks men as required.
• Maintain professional competences (CPCS).
• Count, store and transport tools and equipment.
• Perform general Groundworking duties when not operating the machine (drainage, excavation, etc.).
