Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is seeking a 360 Excavator Operator in Rayleigh on a site-based role. You will operate 360 excavators, assist with routine inspections, and support groundworkers while following site health and safety guidelines.

The role requires CPCS or NPORS tickets, full PPE, and valid identification. Training and weekly payroll are part of the employment package.

Qualifications

• Must be hard working with a can-do attitude.
• Valid ID/Passport required.
• Full PPE provided/required.
• CPCS or NPORS ticket is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Operate 360 excavators safely on site.
• Interpret technical plans and follow site markings.
• Carry out routine machine inspections.
• Fit and operate ancillary equipment.
• Dig foundations and level ground.
• Prepare terrain for solar structures.
• Demolish structures and break concrete.
• Perform lifting operations with loads.
• Dredge ditches and lay pipes for water supply.
• Assist groundworkers as needed.
• Follow site management instructions and health & safety rules.
• Grade and topsoil work.

Job description

360 Excavator Operator

Required in Rayleigh

Pay £23/hr

The day-to-day duties will consist of:

• Operating 360 excavators safely mounted on rotating bases safely
• Interpreting technical plans and observing site markings and laser levels
• Carrying out routine machine inspections
• Fitting and operating ancillary equipment
• Digging foundations and levelling ground
• Landscaping terrain in preparation for building new solar structures
• Demolishing existing structures or breaking up concrete
• Carrying out lifting operations involving large materials
• Dredging ditches and rivers and laying pipes to supply water to buildings
• Helping groundworkers on site when necessary
• Performing all required duties on site as instructed by the site management team
• Conduct work according to industry health and safety standards
• Grading and Top Soil works
• Adhering to strict health and safety guidelines
