Job summary

Reliable Contractors Limited is recruiting a 360 Driver to join a major HS2 infrastructure project in Coventry. The successful candidate will operate a 360 Excavator on site, carrying out earthworks and excavation tasks safely while using GPS to meet levels and specifications.

You must hold a CPCS card, have GPS experience, and be able to set up and operate your own GPS equipment. A reliable, proactive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team are essential.

Qualifications

• CPCS certification required.
• Valid GPS experience and ability to setup GPS equipment.
• Experience operating 360 Excavators on civils/infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures on site.
• Ability to interpret drawings and site plans.
• Experience around live earthworks operations.
• Reliable and proactive attitude towards work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 360 Excavator on a major HS2 project in Coventry.
• Carry out earthworks and excavation safely and efficiently using GPS to meet levels and specs.
• Set up and operate own GPS equipment; maintain productivity on a fast-paced site.
• Work independently or with a crew to ensure continuous progress.

Long‑term work is available for the right candidates with the correct cards and tickets who want a stable job and income for the foreseeable future.

PAYE basis

Candidates must have:

• Valid CPCS
• GPS experience essential
• Lifting ops
• Must be able to set up and operate own GPS equipment
• Previous experience operating 360 Excavators on major civils/infrastructure projects
• Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures on site
• Ability to work from drawings and site plans
• Experience working around live earthworks operations
• Reliable and proactive attitude towards work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

About the Role:
