Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property is seeking an experienced 360 Excavator Driver (with Lifting Operations) to operate a 22-tonne machine on a major project in west Sussex, UK. The role requires CPCS/NPORS with lifting endorsement, Safety-Critical Medical, and extensive on-site heavy lifting experience.

This ongoing contract involves setting up site infrastructure, unloading materials with lifting equipment, and precise handling of sheet piling while following lifting plans and safety

ob Title: 360 Excavator Driver (with Lifting Operations) - 22-Tonne Machine

Location: west sussex

Pay Rate: £21.00 - £23.00 per hour (DOE)

Duration: Ongoing contract

We are seeking an experienced 360 Excavator Driver endorsed for Lifting Operations to operate a 22-tonne tracked machine. You will play a key role in the initial setup and ongoing operations of a major project.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up the initial site compound and site infrastructure.
• Unloading lorries, materials, and heavy equipment using lifting tackle.
• Handling, moving, and positioning sheet piling across the site.
• Safe and efficient operation of a 22-tonne excavator following lifting plans.

Requirements

• Licenses: Valid CPCS or NPORS card for 360 Excavator (Above 10 Tonnes) with Lifting Operations / Object Handling endorsement.
• Medical: Valid Safety-Critical Medical certificate.
• Experience: Extensive experience operating 22t machines, heavy lifting on-site, and handling sheet piles.
• Full PPE and right to work in the UK.
