Job summary

Randstad Construction & Property is seeking two experienced 360 Excavator Drivers for an ongoing Colchester project. You will operate 360 excavators for groundworks, trenching, and muck away on a busy site.

Shifts run 07:00–17:00 with Monday to Friday hours and immediate starts for the right candidates. Applicants must hold a valid CPCS/NPORS 360 Excavator card, a Safety-Critical Medical certificate, and have a proven track record on busy sites.

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator card (Above & Below 10 Tonne).
• In-date Safety-Critical Medical certificate required.
• Proven track record operating 360 excavators on busy construction sites.
• Full PPE: Hard hat, steel toe boots, high-visibility clothing.

Responsibilities

• Operate 360 excavators for general groundworks, trenching, and muck away.
• Mon-Fri shifts with consistent full-time hours.
• Immediate start available for suitable candidates.

Pay Rate: 20.00 per hour

Hours: 07:00 - 17:00

Duration: Ongoing contract

We are looking for two experienced and reliable 360 Excavator Drivers for an ongoing commercial project in Colchester.

Requirements

• License: Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator card (Above & Below 10 Tonne).
• Medical: Must hold an in-date, valid Safety-Critical Medical certificate.
• Experience: Proven track record operating 360 machinery on busy construction sites.
• PPE: Full personal protective equipment (Hard hat, steel toe boots, high-vis).
• Right to work in the UK.

Role Details

• Operating 360 excavators for general groundworks, trenching, and muck away.
• Monday to Friday shifts with consistent full-time hours.
• Immediate start available for the right candidates.
