Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a dedicated Keyholder for our Bluewater store in the United Kingdom. You will lead by example on the shop floor, open and close duties when needed, and support a high-performing team to deliver excellent customer service and robust KPIs.

You will coach stylists, maintain brand presentation, support stock processes, and help create a positive, inclusive environment while working flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail with sales targets or KPIs.
• Ability to lead and support a team on the shop floor.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead store floor operations during shifts and assist opening/closing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and guide the team to KPI targets.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Keyholder, you play a critical role in bringing the Levi’s® brand to life on the shop floor. You’ll lead by example, support the wider team, and take responsibility for the smooth running of the store during your shifts – including opening and closing when management are not present.

• Delivering exceptional customer service by leading from the front and living our brand values
• Acting as a role model for Stylists, supporting, motivating, and guiding the team to achieve personal and store KPIs
• Taking responsibility for store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures
• Supporting the Store Management team with daily tasks, floor leadership, and operational duties
• Ensuring high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards are maintained at all times
• Coaching team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience
• Assisting with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom standards
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing team environment
