Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Bluewater, United Kingdom, is seeking a part-time Keyholder to lead by example on the shop floor. You will model the Levi’s experience, drive KPIs, and ensure smooth store operations during shifts, including opening and closing when management is away.

You’ll coach Stylists, maintain high visual standards, support deliveries and stock, and foster a positive, inclusive, high-performing team environment while delivering excellent customer service and brand presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Ability to lead and support a team on the shop floor.
• Strong customer service skills and brand presentation awareness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and lead from the front.
• Coach team on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.
• Support store operations during key trading hours (opening/closing).
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation and stockroom standards.
