Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives in the Wakefield area. The role is permanent with a starting salary of £32,331 per annum, on an annualised hours basis and early, mid and late shifts from Monday to Friday.

You will be responsible for accurate picking and sorting of packages, packing customer orders, and assembling products like beers, wines, spirits and ciders. The job is physically demanding with opportunities for training on MHE and a strong emphasis on health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manual handling of heavy products (Beer kegs etc) - role is very physical
• Attention to detail to pick and pack customer orders correctly
• To assemble beers, wines, spirits and ciders for customers
• Comply with health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to all rules and regulations
• Be an Ambassador for DHL Supply Chain, have a Can Do, Right First Time and Passionate approach to your role
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Be willing to train on MHE such as FLT
