Job summary

QS Recruitment is registering 3.5T Van Drivers for upcoming temporary and ongoing assignments across the Sutton-in-Ashfield area.

Typical duties may include completing local deliveries and collections, loading and unloading the vehicle, checking delivery paperwork, carrying out basic vehicle checks and providing good customer service at delivery points.

Qualifications

• Previous van driving or delivery experience is preferred but not always essential.
• Candidates must hold a valid UK driving licence, be reliable, confident driving a 3.5T vehicle and comfortable with manual handling where required.
• A valid Right to Work in the UK is required.

Responsibilities

• Local deliveries and collections across Sutton-in-Ashfield area.
• Loading and unloading the vehicle.
• Checking delivery paperwork and basic vehicle checks.
• Providing good customer service at delivery points.

Location: Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire

Duration: Temporary and ongoing assignments, with potential temp-to-perm opportunities depending on the client.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: £12.71–£14.50 per hour, depending on assignment and shift pattern.You will also accrue up to 28 days’ holiday pay.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday.Early morning starts and daytime shifts may be available depending on the assignment.
