DPD is seeking a Collection and Delivery Driver for 3.5 Tonne vehicles at Park Royal, London. This full-time role involves delivering parcels with a focus on first-time accuracy, safety and customer satisfaction.

You will work Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30, starting from the Park Royal depot. The role offers progression, wellbeing perks, and robust employee benefits as part of DPD's supporter culture.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK Driving Licence for at least 12 months.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism.
• Strong time management to meet daily delivery targets.
• Reliable, friendly and proactive communicator with customers.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle prep and loading, conduct daily safety checks and prepare your morning load.
• Use handheld devices and route software to navigate efficiently.
• Deliver parcels directly to customers with a professional demeanor.
• Resolve delivery issues on the go using local knowledge and available tech.
• Safely handle parcels up to 25 kg from depot to final destination.
