Job Description

We are currently recruiting an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our customer on a short-term contract. This is a fully onsite role requiring excellent customer service skills and strong experience supporting Microsoft solutions.

Role Responsibilities
  • Provide 2nd line support for Windows 10/11, M365, AD, Azure, and other related technologies.
  • Support Apple macOS & iOS devices, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Manage MDM administration, device management, and stock control.
  • Support desktop virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware.
  • Update the Asset Management system.
  • Manage customer endpoint protection.
  • Understand networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Support Apple MacOS/iOS and MS Windows environments.
  • Utilize ITSM tools effectively.
