Job summary

Fuse Energy in London seeks a hands-on IT Operations Engineer (2nd Line) to own the day-to-day tech across our offices and growing cloud footprint. You will support SaaS apps, hardware, and end-user devices, ensuring reliability and rapid issue resolution.

The ideal candidate has proven 2nd line IT experience, scripting ability (Python/Bash), and comfort in a fast-moving SaaS environment with Windows/macOS support. Equity and private health are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven 2nd line IT experience.
• Experience in a fast-moving SaaS IT environment.
• Scripting ability in Python or Bash.
• Comfort supporting end-user hardware (Windows/macOS).

Responsibilities

• Work across London-based offices and growing cloud presence.
• Administer SaaS apps like Google Workspace, Iru, Revolut People, Linear.
• Use AI tooling to automate manual IT tasks.
• Own all office hardware problems: laptops, AV, printers.
• Provide 2nd line IT support and assist onboarding/offboarding staff.
