Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a Chef to join Healthcare on a part-time basis (15 hours a week) in Maidstone. You will prepare and serve high-quality meals, support menu changes and contribute to a positive customer experience in a market-leading food service company.

The ideal candidate holds City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent, has a Food Hygiene certificate, and experience supervising a team. Flexibility and commitment to safety are essential.

• Hold City & Guilds 706/1 & 706/2 or NVQ equivalent.
• Have a Food Hygiene certificate.
• Experience supervising a team and in a similar chef role.

Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights clients and customers.
• Overseeing and implementing menu changes.
• Identifying opportunities to improve our food services.
• Listening and acting on customer feedback to improve services.
• Supporting with creation of new menus and creative concepts.
• Representing Healthcare and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Monitoring inventories to keep kitchens well-stocked.
• Overseeing kitchen cleaning to maintain hygiene standards.
• Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations.

We're currently recruiting an ambitious Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for Healthcare on a part time basis contracted to 15 hours per week. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving the kind of food that truly brightens our clients' and customers' days, all within the market-leading food service company in the UK. • Have a flexible approach to working
