Responsibilities

Work from menus created by the Head Chef to ensure mealtimes are a highlight of our residents’ days. Order, prepare and serve appetising freshly produced food from local suppliers where possible, while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and health & safety. Provide a fine‑dining experience with varied choices for every mealtime and cater for private events for residents.
