Job Title: 2D/3D Animator

We’re looking for a 2D/3D Animator to join a new in-house team at one of our top clients.

You'll be a solid midweight 2D/3D creative, able to work independently and with various client stakeholders. You should be calm under pressure, mature in difficult situations, and a problem solver both in your work and when work isn’t going to plan. This role is fully remote but limited to candidates based in the UK.

Requirements

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in an animation studio, production company, or advertising environment
• Basic understanding of art theory, including composition and colour theory
• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent 2D & 3D animation/motion graphics across various channels
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and other Adobe Creative Suite tools
• Strong storytelling and editing skills
• Interest in mobile games and gaming culture
• Experience leading and motivating small creative teams
• Great attention to detail to ensure content quality and consistency
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs
• Experience motivating creatives working alongside you
