Job summary

NSG Environmental Ltd is seeking an experienced ERP Transformation Project Manager to lead the replacement of our existing business management systems within a ~600-person engineering organisation.

The role will drive the programme from current-state assessment and requirements definition through ERP selection, implementation and business adoption, acting as the client-side lead and managing consultants and vendors.

Qualifications

• End-to-end ERP/BMS transformation experience.
• Experience integrating finance, procurement, project controls and timesheets.
• Strong vendor selection and implementation experience.
• Excellent senior stakeholder and change management skills.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Transformation Project Manager to lead the replacement of our existing business management systems within a ~600-person engineering organisation.

The role will lead the programme from current-state assessment and requirements definition, through ERP selection, implementation and business adoption, acting as the client-side lead and managing consultants and vendors.

Essential experience: proven end-to-end ERP/BMS transformation; integration of finance, procurement, project controls, timesheets/resource management and reporting; strong requirements, vendor-selection and implementation experience; and excellent senior stakeholder/change management skills.

Experience within engineering, professional services, nuclear or another regulated/project-based environment is strongly preferred.

This is a business transformation role, not simply an IT project management role.
