Job summary

Manpower UK is recruiting Manufacturing Operatives for a 24/7 wafer fabrication facility in Londonderry. You will operate machinery to produce recording heads for data storage products, join a small shift cell, and support maintenance and quality targets.

Full training is provided, prior manufacturing experience is advantageous, and the role involves 12-hour rotating shifts including weekends. Immediate starts are available in a high-tech, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate a range of machines within a high-tech production environment.
• Tend machines to maximise utilisation and meet production goals.
• Support routine maintenance activities and follow PPE and safety rules.
• Maintain cleanroom standards and wafer-handling protocols.
• Follow documentation systems and contribute to process improvements.
• Identify and help resolve production issues.
